1) Prepare for Monday days in advance - I mean, if you know you have something stressful ahead on Monday, why not try and do half of the task a few days before it is due or needs to be done? Unlike me, I'm here pulling my hair out at this University work.
2) Try not to procrastinate - Get whatever needs to be done as soon as possible and enjoy the rest of your day or week! Just get it done. I can't really use me as an example right now.. blogging instead of university work, woops.
3) Think of the weekend! - If you don't work on a weekend, think of the fun times you could be having or even think about things that are happening during the week. For example a holiday, date, cinema trip, pay day or a night out! Think about these things and get planning and talking to others about it, your day will fly by and will have a huge smile on your face!
4) Get yourself a cuppa! - If you have time in the morning, before work or wherever you need to be, have a nice cup of tea, some breakfast and watch some TV. Relax and prepare yourself for whatever task Monday will throw at you!
5) Exercise - Exercising in the morning is a great way to de-stress and also boosts your mood. Whether it be 10 minutes or 1 hour, whatever your level of exercise, do some and encourage your way through the typical Monday morning in the office (if you have an office.. let's think of the office as being hypothetical for wherever the work occurs..)
On a more serious note (away from the amazing photos above) think about this quote.
